Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations for the Sandpearl Resort can be made by calling 877-726- 3111 or 727-441-2425. When calling to make your reservation be sure to use the Group Code: Carpet America Recovery Effort. To take advantage of the group rate you must book your reservation by phone, online reservations will be charged at the normal rate. One nights reservation fee will be charged at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to arrival.
In order to take advantage of the group discount rate, hotel reservations must be made on or before April 4, 2008. Due to the limited number of rooms available at the Sandpearl Resort, it is suggested that reservations be made at the earliest possible date to ensure availability.
Individuals are responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges.
Ground Transportation
Curbside Transportation is available from the Tampa International Airport to the Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater Beach, FL. CARE makes no rate guarantee or recommendation concerning the transportation to and from the Sandpear Resort. Please inquire with individual service providers to ensure transportation rates have not changed.

Reservations must be made online to receive the group discount at www.supershuttle.com, Group Code: Y82HR. Arrival Instructions for Tampa International Airport Upon arrival at the Tampa International Airport, please proceed to Baggage Claim on level one. Once you have collected your luggage, exit through the doors at either end of Baggage Claim area marked “Ground Transportation / Courtesy Vans”. Check-in with the representative at the SuperShuttle Booth. If there is no one in the booth there is a courtesy telephone for your convenience which will automatically contact an agent.
